The 30-year concession
Hasil Perangsang Holdings Sdn Bhd holds a thirty-year contract awarded by Kumpulan Semesta Sdn Bhd (KSSB), with the consent of Menteri Besar Selangor Incorporated (MBI) as landowner of the project.
Thirty years is an unusually long horizon in this industry. It reflects a judgement by the state's institutions about who could be trusted to work the ground properly — and it is the foundation on which everything the Group does now rests.
Apresiasi Kontraktor 2018
In 2018, Kumpulan Semesta Sdn Bhd presented Hasil Perangsang Holdings Sdn Bhd with a Sekalung Penghargaan under its Apresiasi Kontraktor programme — recognition of commitment and support in generating economic value for the state of Selangor.
KSSB Mining Awards 2023
Hasil Perangsang Holdings Sdn Bhd received the Top Sales Contributor Award at the 2023 KSSB Mining Awards, recognising the highest sales volume among Kumpulan Semesta Sdn Bhd’s mining contractors that year.
MADANI Business Awards 2025
Hasil Perangsang Group of Companies received the MADANI Smart Mining Industry Award at the 2025 MADANI Business Awards — organised by Dewan Perdagangan Islam Malaysia (Negeri Selangor), together with Yayasan Generasi Malaysia and Yayasan Wilayah Persekutuan.
Karnival Sukan Rakyat 2024

Anugerah Kontraktor Terbaik 2025
Hasil Perangsang Mining Sdn Bhd received the Anugerah Kontraktor Terbaik 2025 in the Kategori Lombong (mining category), awarded by Kumpulan Semesta Sdn Bhd — the grantor of the Bestari Jaya concession.
MSOSH Vision Zero Support Programme
Both operating entities — Hasil Perangsang Holdings Sdn Bhd and Hasil Perangsang Mining Sdn Bhd — completed the Vision Zero Support Programme (VZSP) 2025, run by the Malaysian Society for Occupational Safety and Health. Certificates of appreciation were issued to each.
