Two sites, two institutional landowners

The concession spans two adjacent sites at Bestari Jaya, Kuala Selangor, held under separate arrangements:

• 950 acres — held by Hasil Perangsang Holdings Sdn Bhd, with Menteri Besar Selangor Incorporated (MBI) as landowner
• 2,157 acres — held by Hasil Perangsang Mining Sdn Bhd, with Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Berhad (KHSB) as landowner

Both landowners are state-linked institutions. That is not incidental — it is what makes the long-term supply source stable, and the material extracted from it legitimate and traceable. For established operators, this is also the ground behind our mining contract opportunities.

What the ground holds

The concession is principally engaged in the prospecting, exploration and mining of sand, clay, hardcore stone, silica and tin. Roughly forty per cent of Klang Valley sand demand is already met from this ground.

Hasil Perangsang Holdings also extracts tin at Bestari Jaya. Tin is drawn from the same ground as our sand, mined under a Proprietary Mining Lease and processed under a Mineral Processing License.

Getting there

Bestari Jaya sits in the district of Kuala Selangor, roughly an hour’s drive from Kuala Lumpur and well connected to the Klang Valley construction market. That proximity is a large part of why so much of the region’s sand demand is met from this ground.
