Supplied direct from our own concession
Hasil Perangsang supplies construction material straight from the ground we hold at Bestari Jaya. Because the concession is ours, we control what is extracted, what grade it is, and when it moves — so the supply behind your order does not depend on someone else's stock. That is what lets us tell you which site your material came from and under whose licence it was extracted.
Hasil Perangsang holds the concession. The 3,100 acres at Bestari Jaya are ours to work under a 30-year term, granted by Kumpulan Semesta Sdn Bhd with Menteri Besar Selangor Incorporated as landowner. The material that comes out of the ground is under our control. As a sand supplier in Selangor and the Klang Valley, we deliver to sites across Shah Alam, Klang, Petaling Jaya, Rawang, Puchong and the surrounding areas.
How it actually works
We are direct about our model, because that is our strength. Independent operators work the concession under Hasil Perangsang. They bring the machinery and the crews; we hold the concession, set the terms, and vet who is permitted to operate on our land.
When you enquire, your order comes to us and we fulfil it ourselves — from material worked on our own licensed ground. You deal with Hasil Perangsang directly, from quotation through to delivery.
