What we hold
Hasil Perangsang Group holds a 30-year mining concession over approximately 3,100 acres at Bestari Jaya, Kuala Selangor, granted by Kumpulan Semesta Sdn Bhd with the consent of Menteri Besar Selangor Incorporated. This is a licensed mining concession, and the mining contract opportunities on it are among the few genuinely open in Selangor.
The land sits across two sites, held from two institutional landowners: a 950-acre concession from Menteri Besar Selangor Incorporated (MBI), and a 2,157-acre concession from Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Berhad (KHSB). This is not speculative ground. It is licensed, permitted, and has been producing at large scale over the past 10 years.

We invite established mining operators and mining partners to work the concession — a mining opportunity backed by proven reserves. You bring the machinery, the crews and the operational expertise. We provide the licensed ground and the concession framework.
