Most material guides are written by people who have never seen the ground the material came from. Ours are not. Hasil Perangsang holds a 30-year concession over roughly 3,100 acres at Bestari Jaya, Kuala Selangor, and the sand, clay and hardcore stone described in these guides come out of that ground.
